Version Updates

What has changed in v1.7:
		•	The clear scores option now works correctly.
		•	Changed it from "Clear High Scores" to "Clear Recent Scores", since it is more correct.
		•	Put the help menu item under the apple menu where it should be since that is the more accepted location.
		•	Put the "Clear Recent Scores" under the file menu and did away with the Options menu.
